Alexandra is an actor, improviser, and singer based in Chicago, Illinois. She earned her BFA in Acting from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign, where she trained in a wide range of performance techniques including Shakespeare, Kabuki theatre, film acting, voiceover, viewpoints, and stage combat.

Alexandra considers herself an actor-combatant and holds stage combat certifications in Single Sword and Unarmed, as well as Broadsword and Shield. She is currently working toward completing additional weapons certifications.

She has appeared on stages across the country and in a variety of web series, television projects, and short films. Alexandra is also a proud company member with Theatre L’Acadie, whose mission is to nurture new and under-produced work while unearthing the beauty rooted within chaos (www.theatrelacadie.com). She is a graduate of the iO Training Center and can often be seen throwing herself around onstage with her iO house team, Baby Grand (www.ioimprov.com).

In addition to performing, Alexandra has directed, fight choreographed, and served as an intimacy coordinator for productions throughout the Chicagoland area. She also works as a substitute teacher in Plainfield, Illinois and as a private acting and vocal coach for students ages 7–18.

In her free time, Alexandra enjoys sleeping in, watching movies and television (ask for recommendations!), and searching the Chicagoland area for the best ramen and soup dumplings. Her hobbies include hiking the ever-growing mountain that is her TBR book pile (ask about her book club), hunting for the best thrift finds, and experimenting with new recipes to add to her cookbook.

Alexandra is currently represented by Big Mouth Talent in Chicago, Illinois (www.bigmouthtalent.com)
